It was well worth your service. My sister only had a few items to be moved from CA and didn't want to move them thinking I could just buy them for her. Her items had a lot of sentimental thoughts that she had for years. Now I am so happy we heard about Ship Smart. Thank you.

Ship Smart got the antique clock that has been in my family for decades to Virginia from Boston, MA. The clock arrived perfectly packaged in a crate that is virtually indestructible. Care had been taken to wrap each component and insure that it was packaged to withstand just about anything! I highly recommend Ship Smart!

Thought this was going to be a hassle but the communications and ease of working with schedulers made this process and the moving of furniture a very pleasant experience. The actual move people were polite, on time and communicated extremely well.

I had a relatively small shipment. I contacted several businesses, none of whom wanted such a small shipment. Ship Smart was happy to take my shipment and did a fabulous job. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I used ShipSmart because I'd contracted another mover, who was holding onto my furniture in their Storage area and continued to increase my cost to ship from MD to San Francisco Bay Area, CA, from their original quote. I was appalled at their lack of ethics, and I thought I was going to have to call a lawyer to get my furniture. I called ShipSmart instead. They gave me a quote promptly and picked up my furniture within 2 days and it arrived about 1 week later and delivered inside. Saviors with a Smile and so professional. I'll never use any other mover but ShipSmart!!!
