We realize that moving is very stressful, and our number one goal is to ensure that all of our customers are well informed and comfortable with choosing the shipping company that best suits their needs; and although we realize that price is important, we believe it is our superior customer service that sets us apart from our competition. Furniture arrived without damage, the delivery guy was awesome...bill was quite a bit higher than the estimate, but they worked with me to lower it...good over all...will use again...

Excellent customer service and given that summer is the busiest time for them they came through with the damage free delivery as promised. I am grateful to have found them. And intend on shipping with them next summer.

Great job. Picked my desk up, crated it(very well), and delivered it as timely as possible. A little expensive though. Estimate will go up after they crate your product, then weigh it again. Crate added almost 90lbs. However, with the crate job they did, NOTHING was going to damage my desk.

Jim Lock was helpful in clearing up some miscommunication that I had been quite upset about. He really went out of his way to make it right.
