The company’s primary focus has always been providing the best customer service in the industry. We realize that moving is very stressful, and our number one goal is to ensure that all of our customers are well informed and comfortable with choosing the shipping company that best suits their needs; and although we realize that price is important, we believe it is our superior customer service that sets us apart from our competition. If our customers have an issue, problem or a complaint we take them very serious and do our best to review, resolve and prevent them from happening them in the future.

All that was promised by Ship Smart was delivered, including our valued possessions! We shipped items from California to Maine with a tight delivery deadline and Ship Smart stepped up to the plate and arrived on time! Gold Star Service! We will definitely hire them again.
