The company’s primary focus has always been providing the best customer service in the industry. We realize that moving is very stressful, and our number one goal is to ensure that all of our customers are well informed and comfortable with choosing the shipping company that best suits their needs; and although we realize that price is important, we believe it is our superior customer service that sets us apart from our competition. Communication was just OK. The final bill was 25% higher than the estimate. We provided the exact dimensions and weights of our professionally prepacked boxes and items. Our original estimate was based on 367lbs and 112cubic feet. We received a request to charge our credit card for an additional $900+ as they stated our weight ended up being 581lbs and 122cubic feet. The new weight is 214# heavier than estimated. We compared the items to the shipping weights of the manufacturer as a verification.
