Delivered as promised. No problem

Online scheduling was easy. Pickup by FedEx was easy. I tracked my bag every day and watched its progress and verified it arrived and stayed at the warehouse address. We next saw our bag on the cruise ship. I would highly recommend this service. I wish we had scheduled a pickup for the return trip! Thank you.

So far service has been outstanding. Jake and James are incredible. We still need for our luggage to be delivered, but everything appears to be on track. Thank you - John

Ship&Play made traveling, especially long trips, so much easier. Our luggage arrived on time to our destination and back to our home. This is a must service to consider using for the Boomer generation. We were pleased.

Luggage was picked up as stated and was in my room when I boarded the ship. It was shipped home and arrived in a few days from Barcelona. There were 2 men on the ship to answer any question we had and to pass out luggage tags. The best part was all the luggage was off the ship by the time we got off. Great service!

Prompt and on time

Luggage made to the ship. Also, we received our luggage at home in two days. My only complaint is that Fed Ex would not pick up our luggage at our building. We had to have it taken and shipped from our main La Loma Village office. Our building is very secure. In order to pick up our luggage at our building, Fed Ex had to call us to come down and let them in. They would not do this.
