The day after our bags were picked up and on their way to Vancouver, our family had a medical emergency that forced us to cancel our trip. I contacted Ship&Play and let them know the situation. They flagged our bags and had them rerouted back home without any issues. This service is a bit pricey, but well worth the cost. Their communication is excellent and they keep you posted throughout.

This is the first time using this service but not the last!! So easy and anxious to see if the suitcase is in my suite when I get aboard. You make it so easy!!

I was a little uncertain about using Ship & Play as I had never used it before, nor did I know anyone who had. The representative who met us getting off the ship was great and very helpful. He sent me a text saying things were all set and going out the nest day, which put my mind at ease. I received updates frequently and my things arrived home very quickly and in great condition.

I used this service roundtrip to and from Europe. I was taking a cruise, and my bag was waiting for me upon arrival. I was pleasantly surprised when my bag arrived back home only 2 days after my return. The customer service people here are wonderful and were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating.
