I'm currently on the free trial and have issues with the tool. I have contacted customer service 3 times without any response. I was going to subscribe to the pro plan but now very hesitant after this poor customer experience.

Was referred this site by my friend who's been using it for 1+ year. I have only used it once so far, but it did what it was supposed, and assuming my next few shipment can be created as smoothly as my first one, this would deserve 10 stars. 100%
