Shipfusion has been a great partner throughout our relationship. The team is always responsive, friendly and efficient. They work with us on special projects or requests as needed. When errors or issues come up they are addressed promptly and seriously. The issues are few and far between, but of course it's inevitable and what is most important is how they are handled. Would definitely recommend working with them!

From getting setup as a new client to everyday operations, the Shipfusion team has been a pleasure to deal with. We had specific needs for an export that wasn't possible via stock reports and our account manager ensured that the development team built it to our exact needs and now pulls a version of our special report every week.

Shipfusion staff has worked well under much pressure and added stress from us and have always done so professionally. They have shown us that they are willing to review and address our needs and have outline processes which work well for us. Very accommodating to our sudden unrealistic demands

Shipfusion is the best of the best. Bart took over as our account manager last year and has a really great understanding of our needs and is very quick to respond and fix any issues we ever face. Martin and Jared at Ship Fusion have also been super helpful from the start. We love having Ship Fusion as our fulfillment partner and would recommend them to anyone we know. We look forward to continuing to grow with such a great team of hard working people at Ship Fusion! Not to mention the technology and customer portal is extremely user-friendly and up-to-date.
