Great timing

Pretty easy to use - only wish there were earlier times for delivery

Maybe switch to using UPS. The fed ex guy literally dragged my daughter’s trunk down the concrete steps in front of my house completely scratching the whole bottom side. Brand new trunk.

It would have been helpful to get information in advance regarding what time the luggage would be delivered

We did not receive a notification of return shipment, but otherwise found service to be speedy and easy! We appreciated ship camps.

They do a great job but boy is it a pricey service!

Timing on shipping was amazing! What more could you ask for! The only reason why I took one star off is on the departure there was only person so they dragged the duffles all the way on my driveway adding to the wear and tear. This wasn't an employee of the company but rather the shipping company. Overall I am happy with the service.

Unfortunately, Fed Ex delivered my son’s trunk to the wrong address. Luckily the individual was kind enough to text me that it got delivered to them and I was able to retrieve it. Very sloppy on fed ex’s part as the address was correct on the shipping label and the luggage tag
