It took 100 emails back and forth to finally create a booking. Its a total mess with too many people trying to take your information and repeated questions not realizing I already provided what they needed. On top of that, past the pick up date, they are still asking for more docs and information meanwhile the tracking says that it hasn't been picked up. I believe all the support plstaff are outsourced to India even if they call you from a New York number.

Dear Lamar, Thank you for sharing, we take this very seriously. First, we sincerely apologize that this was your experience. The back-and-forth you described is not the standard of service we hold ourselves to, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. We've escalated this internally and are conducting a thorough review of your booking and shipment process. A member of our executive team will be reaching out to you directly this week to discuss this personally and ensure we make it right. This experience does not reflect how we operate, and we're committed to learning from it so it doesn't happen again. Thank you for your patience, and we'll be in touch very soon. Best regards, The Ship4wd Team
