Great design..
Great design... but a bit expensive for the quality

Update from my December post
Quick update from my December post. A supervisor from Shinola did reach out and provided me a more than adequate resolution. I appreciate their effort to make things right. I am a big fan of this brand and continued to be but was disappointed in that latest interaction. However they did come through in the end..
