Shelters StoreReviews of sheltersstore.com

Fantastic service and product from Jay at shelter store. Great value for money product. Next working day delivery. When I had an issue with the product 3 months in, Jay helped troubleshoot over the phone then arranged next day replacement parts. Can’t speak highly enough of the service and will definitely buy again from here when I have the need!

Original lock on heavy duty retractable bollard snapped but quickly replaced without delay. Great customer service to correct the issue. Thanks.

Spent over £600 on parking bollards. One of locks have seized, stainless steel bollard is rusting and very hard to operate in general. Customer service not much better either. Use another company if I was you..

I found the customer service and response to queries very professional and i dealt with Jay Khan who was very supportive and moved the extra mile to meet our needs

Excellent customer service from Miz. Highly recommended very quick and reliable.
