My rating applies to my experience today with Shelterl’s Customer Service Rep. I have had a Garage in a Box for 8 years. I find the frame to be superb and mixed feelings about the “stock” 7.5oz covers which I’ve replaced twice. I just ordered the 14.5 oz cover, as I’m taking into account the southerly sun and high wind location. The Rep, Rachel, who helped me by listening to my story and many questions was superb. I called and it did not took long to speak to a real person. I needed help for finishing my door on my garage and Linda Kusy sent me video and instructions on how to do that. Wonderful customer service. Thank you Linda.

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with John Rogers when I contacted Shelter Logic to discuss a problem with a product I purchased. John was timely, thorough, detail oriented throughout the entirety of our conversation. Most importantly, John solved my problem in the best way possible. John stood by the product and stood for the company's reputation when he offered to replace the damaged product at no charge to me. This was the response I hoped for, but did not expect to receive. I was happily surprised. I appreciate John's willingness to help, and Shelter Logic's willingness to stand by their product. This is why I continue to purchase their products.

I called Shelter Logic today regarding a warranty claim for a "Barn" that I had purchased several years ago. I was unable to find my original documentation, so did not hold high hopes for help. I was fortunate enough to talk with Lee Ann Stone, and she was wonderful! She was able to find the original purchase order/receipt, which she promptly emailed to me. She then walked me through how to submit a warranty claim in a calm and relaxed manner with a very cheerful attitude. Many thanks to Lee Ann!
