SheffieldcarcentreReviews of sheffieldcarcentre.com

Bought a used jaguar f pace in August 2025 and had nothing but problems with it. The turbo had problems within a few weeks of purchasing and then had to deal with kirsty at the sheffield test centre who is very rude. Also had problems with the car going into limp mode but with no dash warnings and now, 8 months later, the engine is seized and the car worthless.

Bought a ford ranger and had nothing but problems 1. the ad blue was disconnected before we for it and wasn't told. Since then we found out it can't be sold like this. 2. From the cab to the back of the pick-up has total different wires to what ford has so all the light at the back keep going off. And I've been to two auto electrician's and both said take it back it not fit for purpose.

Bought a VW ID.3 two months ago and the rear wiper hasn’t worked since day one. Tried contacting the seller, but they’re permanently closed — very disappointing experience.

Terrible company his wife was rude and spoke over the top of me when I was explaining the problems i had with the car

Never in my life have I dealt with such rude disrespectful people in my life and I work with children. You would have thought that having a business like they have, they would have a bit more respect for their customers,as for his wife she’s on another level, Rude is an understatement, Kirsty who works at the service centre, all she wants to do is argue with customers. Look back at some of the other reviews, unprofessional or what. I would advise you to not deal with this company. Unless you want to be constantly be blamed and constantly chasing things up with them I would advice you to avoid at all cost. AVOID AVOID

Terrible service from terrible people. These people are utter scum who sell dodgy faulty cars - his relative is the disposal manager at the car shop they sell him all the cars that come in part ex cheap because they've either been poorly maintained or hammered by boy racers. You'll notice a lot of Audi S4's, Golf GTD's etc if you look at the cars they have in. I spent 16k on a financed car from Sheffield car centre and after almost a year of the finance company investigating they've managed to get the pictures from AutoTrader and prove the damage was on the car at the time of purchase. The finance company are making them pay for the repairs which currently stand at almost 7k. Save yourself the hassle and don't buy from Sheffield car centre they are terrible people and do nothing to help. Their MOT's are fake my car shouldn't have passed its MOT due to the car also having no DPF but they put it through anyway so they can sell the car. A year later you're screwed when you cant get it MOT'd these scumbags won't care.
