Thought they were straight up company not so sure now
Started of with windows being deliverd . Now in unpacking those windows 1 was in good shape no fins bent looked like a nice window. the rest were bent on the some of the corner fins. I had a sheet metal fin pliers so easy fix. some windows were in bubble wrap one was not. quality control a bit lacked on shipping. Now here is where the whole picture of this company comes into question on customer service. when that order was placed 3 10x24 transom windows were became unavailable. Fine. Called was told that the tempered glass was ordered from China and that the glass would be here on march 30th. They recieved the order no glass on for 10x24 transom windows. Called talked with James they had 2 left in the warehouse. good had 2 of the 3 I needed now 1 left. James said whould you mind having none tempered glass in one window. No problem. Said he would check on the glass get back to me he never did, everyday I would call ask for him staff is he in. Left messages never called back. All he had to do is call back say we can do that or not. NOT HARD remenber customer service with this company is only for there large window buyers not a 73 year old man he could give a rats ass about. I dont right reviews I wrote this for only one reason customer are the reason companies like this stay in business. when we become so unimportant that you cant get a phone call back ---That a internal company problem. Mr. Harbaugh, We understand your frustration regarding the 10x24 window size being out of stock. As was explained during your calls—and as noted in your review—this is an import item, and availability is dependent on incoming shipments. Unfortunately, repeated calls cannot expedite its arrival, but we have assured you that we will notify you as soon as it is back in stock. Our team communicated this information clearly on multiple occasions, and we appreciate the time they spent assisting you. Shed Windows and More staff spoke with you collectively for over 8 hours of their time total listing to ALL your stories of the past, the freebies you receive for having the name James Harbaugh and the stories of the amazing jobs held by you and your wife. While we strive to provide attentive and courteous service, we also want to ensure fairness to our staff, who worked diligently to address your concerns and patient during each phone call from you. Regarding the nail flange, it is made of aluminum and can bend, but this does not affect the functionality or installation of the window as the flange is easily to bend back into place. As mentioned, it is covered by trim and will not be visible once installed. We also want to point out that the 8 windows you purchased on 3/26/26 were delivered successfully and installed without issue. We regret that your recent experience has led to dissatisfaction, but as stated many times, you will be contacted once the window size you need is in stock. Thank you for your understanding.
