Well, first I will say that the whole process and repairs to the two shavers I sent in was handled excellently. The shavers were repaired very quickly and for a fair price. My correspondence with the Shaver Outlet was always responded to in a timely fashion. There was a glitch with UPS in the return of my shavers, as they were mis-delivered, but again Shaver Outlet got right on it and the whole thing was taken care of VERY well. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Shaver Outlet, Inc.

My Norelco i9000 prestige ultra special edition didn't include the nose trimmer. Tried to get it separately and shipping costs were too high everywhere but in this website.
