Been waiting 4 months for order
Ordered a vinyl in July, said it was coming in October, emailed them and was told early November and still no sign of it, so have emailed them again.

I could have walked there by now..
I live two hours up a continuous highway from Shark Robot, so explain to me WHY my order is taking five days to get to me? Is it because they sent out a "your order has shipped" email four days before actually delivering it to the post office?

Bad service
Everything is fine until you have a problem with your order. The costumer service is really bad. We bought the Stolas Nightlight and within 8 weeks, the switch fell off, and they are soo ooo sorry, but there is nothing they can do. No refund, no replacement.
