So refreshing to get quick and superior support! Pulak was amazing and our issue was resolved in 24 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Outstanding experience with the support and the plugin. Never said no to any of my requests

Purchased the latest version of the WP Carousel Pro and realized our website was not compatible since we run an older version of PHP. Reached out for a refund and they replied with an option to supply us with a backward compatible version. I installed it and it works great. Thanks for your outstanding customer service. RB

work well and support very fast and helpful

É um excelente plugin com uma grande diversidade de estilos e combinações que permite criar sem limites à criatividade. Além disso, o suporte técnico é exemplar. Obtive resposta de forma muito rápida e resolvendo a questão com grande eficácia. Obrigado e continuem neste caminho.

Using the WPTeam (aka SmartTeam) plugin which has worked great. Even better, chat support was prompt and quick to respond to help me find a setting I needed to change!

Really helpful support team. Quick to reply and know exactly how to help with the customisation i needed on the horizontal accordion. 100% recommended.

WOW — absolutely fantastic customer service from ShapedPlugin! I honestly cannot praise this company enough. Their response time was incredibly quick, professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. In a world where great customer service can sometimes be hard to find, ShapedPlugin completely exceeded my expectations. What really impressed me was how helpful, kind, and efficient the team were. You can instantly tell they genuinely care about their customers and want to help solve problems quickly and professionally. The level of support I received was outstanding and gave me real confidence in both the company and their products. What makes this experience even more impressive is that I received this awesome support on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of a UK Bank Holiday weekend — a time when most companies are not even working until Tuesday! That level of dedication and customer care really says everything about this company. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that clearly values its customers and takes pride in offering first-class support. A huge THANK YOU to the whole ShapedPlugin team — outstanding service, highly professional, and very highly recommended! 5 stars from me — although if I had the option, I would happily give even more!
