We are using WP Team Pro on multiple websites and configuration is simple and allows for variations that help it look different on different websites. Whenever we encountered issues with updates or technical challenges, the Support Team has been very quick to respond with solutions, expressing concern for our challenges, and being extremely diligent in providing us with solutions that help us resolve our issues/tickets. I am happy we chose WP Team Pro as our Teams plugin.

Minor issue with the Logo Carousel app. Reached out and received a prompt reply with suggested action to take. All is good.

Great plugin! Support was quick to help out with a solution that worked!

Excellent support with the product. I was struggling to create an org chart and they were very very helful!

First - 5 stars for quick customer support. And not just cookie cutter cut-and-paste answers, a real conversation with someone. Second, the plugin is so easy to use I feel safe showing new editing people how to access and use it themselves. We use it on several websites and it's a standard plug in for us. Thanks!

Great plugin! Very straightforward and perfectly suited for hosting hundreds of testimonials with organized categories. The customer support was the biggest surprise. They resolved all our issues and answered our questions immediately. Extra five stars for that. We highly recommend it.

Great plugins which are easy to use with a broad level of options and configurations. Staff are great to deal with too.
