Horrid food. Burger not tasty and bacon acrid and burnt pickles too acidic Chicken bites for 6.95 a greasy joke. Awful. 16.95 was daylight robbery.... feel quite annoyed

Had a shake shack in New York recently and was well chuffed when I clocked one at lakeside, well £47 for 2 burgers and chips and milkshakes and it was absolutely awful mushy burgers cold chips with scalding hot cheese sauce on? Only positive the milkshake was nice, but the whole thing was completely different from the New York burgers, absolute awful, honestly your better off with a McDonalds for half the money!

The burgers where tiny for 10 pounds my chicken bites where cold and they were literally the size of my pinky finger I wouldn’t come here if u could help it 0/10 stars

Revolting food that will make you sick, go ahead, give it a chance and let your body pay for it, used to be good years and years ago but honestly, it's not only bad but will make you sick, never again!

The burger was greasy and small for the price.

Was given the wrong order so I let shakeshack know, they responded once to offer me a refund then never responded again. Terrible

I ordered food at 19:50 delivery between 20:25-20:45 then changed to 20:40-21:00, then cancelled order at 20:30. Extremely disappointed as feeling Hangry now, I recommend you order elsewhere if you want to eat

Shake Shack - Leicester Square, London My friend had a good experience in the US and so we happily went into the venue - however this experience was certainly not a good one. ULTRA PROCESSED FOOD is what we're talking about. I had the crinkle chips with cheese sauce - a cheese sauce that was a glutinous mess, slimy and unpleasant to try to eat. A cheese sauce that clearly used flavouring to give a cheese flavour, I certainly got no impression that there was real cheese used. ShackMeister Fries - too salty, cheese sauce inedible - price of £6.55 extortionate! NEVER AGAIN But Amanda, our assistant, was very pleasant. I will not return or recommend.
