It is ok. But response time is slow

I received the product on time and I was happy with it.but it works for a week or two and then it stopped working.

I can’t watch any series, it tells me that I’m not connected to the internet or the I have a bad internet quality. When I checked my internet connection it’s connected and I also checked my network quality it is 33.43 mbps . I tried to call the customer service for 30mins but no one answered
