UPDATE from 4/4/2017 Hello Salina, We still haven't got any reply from you to any of our e-mails and you never pick up your phone. Unfortunately, we don't know the reason why. Anyway, we hope you'll see our reply here. Your second order was delivered in time. For privacy reasons, we won't display the tracking number here. As for the first order, it is still returning back to us. We hope you enjoyed the items you ordered from us. Best regards, Julia Howell _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Hello Salina. Thank you for your review. We are truly sorry that you have never received any of our e-mails or order confirmations. We always reply to our customers. It could be not immediately after we receive their e-mails because we have lots of customers and e-mails to process each day. We are almost sure that our e-mails got to your SPAm folder, since such things also happen. The e-mails we sent you have never returned back to us which means that they've reached you. As for the tracking number, this is a discreet and confidential information, so we don't have right to publish it here. We have sent you several e-mails to the e-mail address you have indicated in your order and also called you but were unable to reach you since you never picked up the phone. We are waiting for your first order to return back to us because you have forgotten to indicate your apartment number in your order details. As soon as it does, we'll let you know and reship it to the correct address. As for the second order, it was shipped and you should receive it today, March 29. Exactly after 3 business days you paid us for. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Hope this helps. Best regards, Julia Howell

Hello James, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that the item you bought from us was not good for you. Please note that we go to great lengths to describe the color, texture, shape, material, length and width of items so customers can make a more informed decision. Unfortunately, we cannot make such a decision for you as you know what's better for you. Anyway, if you have questions before placing an order, we are always glad to help. If the item you received from us was damaged during transit or defective, we will also issue refund or reship as that is our fault. In your case, however, it was totally your decision and we are sorry it didn't work for you. Anyway, we hope that next time you will pick a product that you like and will do our best to help you do that. Thank you for your understanding. Have a nice day! Best regards, Julia Howell
