Very good communication throught the ordering process. Great item. Fast shipping.

Excellent service. Swing arrived within a week even during the Xmas season!

I got a package deal with swing and sling for a Christmas gift for my wife and I. We are having a lot of fun figuring things out. The sling has a problem but I was assured I would be getting a replacement as soon as possible. As for quality of product and materials we are very impressed. The sling is super soft and cozy.

Shipped to the wrong address which resulted in the item being returned to sender. Zero follow up from customer service after multiple emails and no one answers their customer service phone. I’m out almost $200 with nothing to show for it.

Love it very easy to assemble

Item was as expected and arrived fast!

Amazing experience! Would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a swing. Super helpful descriptions and videos, great prices and super fast shipping!

Fast shipping, everything as described. Will need to adjust as we go but should be fun!
