My order arrived in a timely manner and was packed well so was undamaged. It was a “custom” item, and was perfectly fitted for my machine.

Hi Rebecca, there's nothing better than bringing an old machine back to life! We're so glad the needle was a perfect fit and that you're stitching again. Thank you for trusting our family with your order, and happy sewing!
My item was delivered, even though it was shipped USPS. I wish retailers would give us choice of shipping companies. The USPS is struggling in rural America. We don't have home delivery in our small town. We are in between Postmasters right now. It took me several days to catch someone at my Post Office to be able to get my package.

Hi Jo, Thank you so much for the kind rating, and for your patience in getting your package! We're sorry it took several trips to finally catch someone at your Post Office. That sounds frustrating, especially while your town is between Postmasters. We hear you on wanting more say in how your order ships. Shipping costs have gone up a lot, and at times we use USPS to help keep things affordable for our customers. Your feedback helps us understand what customers in rural areas are dealing with, and if you ever have shipping concerns on a future order, give our team a call before it goes out and we'll do our best to help. We always accommodate requests when we can! We hope you're enjoying your new purchase, and happy sewing! Warmly, The Sewing Machines Plus Family
I was waiting for the price to be where I could afford it and they gave me 10 percent off. Thank you Fast delivery thanks I had called after the set up, I was having some troubles with the noise of the machine and needed some feed back trouble shooting this. I called but was never called back. Think it was carriage balancing issue. Just thought there should call after to see if there was any troubles as it took 4 of us 6 hours to set up. Thank you so much for the follow up.

Hi Robin, thank you so much for waiting for us and for the kind words! We're sorry your call slipped through, and our team is working with you now to help finish getting everything set up. We really appreciate the suggestion about checking in after setup, too. We can't wait for you to enjoy your new machine!
Ordered an item 9/20/2026. received confirmation email on 9/21. As of 10/3, I had still not received item. Called and was informed that my order had been cancelled on 9/21 as item was no longer available. While I understand that is out of their control as to availability, it was totally under their complete control as to whether or not to refund my money, As of 10/6, I still do not have a refund. I also never received any type of notification that the item I ordered was no longer available

Hi Kathy, thank you for sharing this, and we're truly sorry for the frustration. We understand how upsetting it is to wait on an order and not get the update you expected. Your refund has been processed in full to your original payment method, and depending on your bank it may take a few business days to appear. We'd love the chance to make this right, so please reach out to us directly and our team will be happy to help personally.
