Thank you so much, David! Keeping you in the loop when something is out of stock or short on quantity is just how we think it should be done. Thank you so much, Mary! And what a smart touch including Laura's extension (117) so we'd know exactly who to thank. Laura and Robert will both be over the moon to hear this. We're only sorry we were out of the purple medium and large mats, but we were so happy to get you set up with the X-large for your machine and the small for your new Baby Lock Celebrate serger. It means so much that you chose our family run business, and that you took the time to celebrate our staff by name. That kind of kindness is exactly why we love what we do. Congratulations on your new serger, and thank you for being part of our family. We can't wait to have you back!

Thank you so much, Debbie! We hear you completely. Sometimes you just want to talk to a real, friendly human instead of sending an email into the void, and that personal connection is the very heart of who we are. As a family run business, treating every customer like one of our own is what we care about most, and we're so grateful you gave us the chance. It means the world that you'll be ordering from us again. Thank you for choosing our family. We can't wait to welcome you back!

Hi Gloria, we're so sorry for the trouble with your software version, and we absolutely want to get this fixed for you. We did reach out the same day you contacted us, both by email (asking for a couple of photos of what you received so we can send the correct update right away) and by phone, where we've left voicemails. It's possible our messages landed in your spam folder or didn't come through. Please check your inbox for our reply, or give us a call anytime and ask for our support team. We're standing by and ready to make this right. Thank you, and we look forward to helping you!
