Sal is always professional and informative when conducting a home inspection. He not only checks all systems and the condition of the home thoroughly, but makes it a point to inform the prospective homeowners of various features in the home and maintenance they should perform on an ongoing basis.

VERY thorough. After the inspection, I felt prepared to negotiate with the seller, as well as what a future in the house would look like. The inspection report was complete very soon after the actual inspection and contained a ton of detail.

Salvatore was very thorough in his thermal imaging inspection and took the time to answer our questions and make sure we understand his explanations. He walked us around to show us important things to know about our house (shut off valves, etc) was priceless. Highly recommended!
