I never got my medicine. I was unable to get to the screen to complete the questionnaire. I wrote three emails. No response. I waited almost three weeks. So did my sister.

Never got my order. No understanding and poor communication.

I have not yet received my order

The main issue was that there was to be a discount for Black Friday however there was no code in the email or on the website and no discount automatically applied at checkout. No issues with the products only with the purchase experience.

Poor communication and poor service overall. Would NOT recommend.

I didn’t receive my order or a refund. I’ve ordered before and never had a problem. Not sure what happened with this particular order. I sent an email to customer service and I’m awaiting response.
