I wasn't able to stay long, but for the time being, It was a nice getaway. Plenty sights to be seen from my room, and gotten to know the others in the space well I suppose. Hopefully I can find another room with them again, someday.

I rented from Settle Living for almost 4 years, in the same apartment. During my time there I had pleasant and respectful roommates who cared about the communal spaces in the apartment. The apartment I moved into was clean, fully furnished and had great amenities. I really do believe Settle Living is the perfect ‘starter apartment’ for someone who is just moving into Manhattan,Brooklyn, and or Queens. The location was prime- surrounded by all the restaurants, stores and entertainment you could ever need or want. However, we did have some issues with emergency response calls when it came to maintenance requests. But other than that, I had a very pleasant experience with the staff that I got to meet during my stay.

Had my first apartment through Settle Living. I had great roommates, a good location in Brooklyn, and the peace of mind of coming home to a safe, clean space. Maintenance was a bit slow, but they eventually fixed everything I submitted as a ticket. I would recommend it for any last-minute accommodations

Very convenient for quickly finding a sublet. Was able to rent a room for two months in a great area for relatively cheap. During my stay we had a slight pest problem and they sent someone to take care of it pretty quickly. You may be asked to help potential future tenants view the space, which i was unaware of, but otherwise a decent option for housing.

Beautiful apartment in a very convenient location, lots of great amenities including a gym, which saved me some money, super was extremely helpful. I really liked their method of letting the roommates give the tour, it gave me a more authentic look at the apartment vs doing it through a realtor. I’m pretty satisfied with my experience.
