Had a great stay with settleliving, initially I had an issue with my accomodation, but they immediately processed a room change for me within a week and were extremely friendly and responsive. I stayed in NYC.

Everything was smooth and straight forward. The settle living agents are quick to respond if you have any issues or questions. I would definitely use them again if I need to explore other living spaces!

Settle Living saved my stay in NYC as I had just moved for college and had no idea where I was going to live. Thankfully I was able to do a flexible month to month lease with amazing roommates. The apartment itself was stunning in a great area, the monthly cleaning was also very appreciated. I would highly recommend this company to anyone moving to New York

It was my first time living in the city, I moved for a job and so much was happening so fast. I was able to get a good deal close to work on a room and it made for the perfect year long lease. Management was communicative and it took me a genuine day to finalize everything, which was needed given the sudden move. Things were easy and Settle Living also made sure that any housing or facilities issues were handled in a timely manner. Would recommend

You really can’t beat what Settle offers for the price. Great room, spacious living area, complete kitchen in an awesome neighborhood 15 minutes from midtown. Theyre responsive and pleasant when you need them. This is my second time staying with them and likely won’t be the last
