Forth, IncReviews of setforth.com

Back in June ,2026 , I filed a complaint against Guardian Litigation Group and Forth. I am pleased to say that Guardian Litigation Group reached out to me to help amend my concerns and I am still in the relief program. At this point it's very helpful and I am pleased with the services. Thank you Guardian Litigation Group

I agree with most reviewers of this company. I wish in hindsight I’d looked up reviews because I would not have signed up with them. What most people describe happened to me too. I’m currently trying to get out of my contract which did nothing except put me further indebted because they didn’t contribute to paying down my cards but allowed continued interest to accrue on the credit cards. I had good credit, I had no history of late payments for yrs. Now all that has changed. I’m so upset and discouraged. I do accept I had put myself in a spot where I nearly maxed out my cards. But I always paid a more on my monthly payment and I was never late. My credit is now terrible And I have more accrued debt due to mishandling by this company. It’s ethically wrong business model. I due have to acknowledge whom ever made the call did an amazing sell on this company. Hope you can get up everyday and look at yourself in mirror knowing you wrongly set people up not to help but harm them financially.

My experience with Forth Elevate has been extremely frustrating and concerning. Three of my payments were returned by my bank, and when I contacted the collection company myself, they confirmed that they had received only $50. I was even offered a $990 settlement to resolve the account. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. When a company is handling your money, you should be able to trust that your payments are being properly applied and that you are receiving clear and accurate information. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend Forth Elevate. Do your research, keep records of everything, and think twice before trusting this company with your money.

Big scammers , liars, I don’t know how the government let them work . I asked to payoff for a debt of 5000$ only after I made 2 years payments of 350$ a month , what was enough to payoff the 5000$ so I paid 8400$ in 2 years which is 4300$ more than the debt , what they told me after I asked the payoff , they said where did u get a money to payoff. I need a refund not payoff.

Spoke with Adam J. At SymplyLending sold a awesome pitch or debt loan consolidation and worked it up to Aspire law Group for POA to handle case, while Set Forth is the Financial holder. Out of thousands of Law firms this one I'm shocked hasn't been flagged by any Bar Association for improper advertisement and misrepresention of services...

My dad Frederick Baskette I feel so bad for because I was the one who said this sounded like a good idea , but has been a total nightmare. My father is almost 80 years old and last month he had to pay all his credit card bills plus this bill to forth when nothing has been done the credit card companies are still hassling him and I don’t even know how to explain he has been scammed by these people . Hard to reach anyone and no issue ever resolved! I wish I would’ve came across these reviews first ! All we want to do is cancel this crap and move on forward with paying his credit cards off out of pocket like he has been doing. This is ridiculous

We canceled our plan with them and they scammed us out of our money anyways. Please do not fool with these ppl they are not to be delt with

Unfortunately, I fell for this scam. I was at a low point and reached out to forth for a debt consolidation loan. They said I didn't qualify for the loan but they could help me with a payoff/reduction plan. I was hooked when the guy on the phone, Jason, indicated I would be debt free in 2 years. I trusted they were settling my debts but 3 years into the plan, they'd only settled one. I ended giving them around $20000 to pay off a $6000 debt. I believe they hook you by immediately settling one creditor to make it look like the plan will be effective and then just syphon money from you. My combined total debt was around $20000. I could have paid it in full on my own. 3 years later, my credit is ruined and I had to withdraw from my 401k to settle the other debts. Please do not fall for this. Work directly with your creditors. This company will just make your situation worse and cost you thousands. Good luck with your credit journey and steer clear of Forth.
