Excellent care. Judith listened to my concerns about my daughter's health, identified the problem, and explained the course of treatment. If it wasn't for Sesame, I would have gone to Urgent Care, where I would have waited 4 hours to see someone. With Sesame, I set a same-day appointment time and my daughter was seen quickly, efficiently, and with concern for her wellbeing

Used their service to refill a prescription and they assign me with the doctor that didn’t even know human anatomy and refused to refill my prescription making me wait over two months without my medication while he would prescribe the medication that would not work for me. Trying to communicate this to the customer service is impossible because it’s just robots and u get the same automated response.

Very professional and direct. The Nurse Practitioner was very experienced and knowledgeable. She was able to keep the appointment to a minimum answered by questions and addressed my concerns. I was so pleased with the service, I purchased the yearly plan. Thanks Sesame for making my day and renewing my trust in healthcare.

Booked an appointment for Judith Onchweri, NP. She showed up late and confirmed that she'd send in a prescription for Oral Minox, I asked her if she could use a mail-in service (RO pharmacy), but she said no and pushed Seasame's own mail-in service. I said that's fine can you just send it to my local Bartell Drugs. Right after that she randomly hung up and never even filed a prescription. Waste of time and 40$.

Sesame is honestly a life saver! I'm so grateful I was able to find a way to get my medication without having to wait for insurance.

She didn’t show. This is the second time this had happened a needed an urgent care appt and they failed to provide care.
