The PA I met was extremely rude and condescending. Rajendra Shrestha constantly cut me off and spoke over me despite having no context over my symptoms and journey. He clearly has very little to no respect for individuals seeking care through his practice. After several minutes of giving me a runaround and treating me like an idiot, he said he cannot help me. What was the point of all of that then?

There was nowhere on your website or app that states it would take up to 5 to 7 days to get my prescription. This is not OK. I chose your company for expediency.
