The software is horrible and extremely frustrating. Multiple times, as I was taking the course, I would get error codes, or the course would just freeze and not let me advance to the next section. I had to contact customer support multiple times, and they would advance me from their end. They absolutely need to fix their tech. It does not work. It took me 10 times longer than it should have to complete the course.

Here’s a quick rundown of everything we did to make things right: On April 15, Tom walked you through clearing your browser cache and then manually advanced you to your last visited page so you could continue learning without interruption. Shortly afterward, Tony followed up to ensure the fixes took hold and to give you step-by-step guidance on logging back in and resuming your progress. When the problems persisted, we processed a full refund for you on April 18 at 7:06 PM UTC, no questions asked. At Serving Alcohol Inc., we’re proud to hold an A+ rating from the BBB, and we treat every concern with the attention and care our reputation reflects. Going above and beyond to support you is exactly the kind of service our customers deserve, and we hope these efforts show how committed we are to your success.
