Super easy
Super easy. One phone call with and agent and my repair was scheduled for the next day. My repairs were great and done in a few hours.

Samsung Care+ really does not care.
Over two weeks for my work replacement phone. Over 10 calls. I can not recommend samsung care plus to anyone I know. The service was the worst.
