Easy to file a claim, walk in service was seamless, and phone was repaired same day in a few hours. If you don't want to go in there is a mail in option when the new device arrives. Hard to beat.

I was surprised at how easy it was to make a claim and once the claim was made I received an email notified me that it had been submitted. With in two days I had an email and text notify me that it was ready for shipping by later that day I received the FedEx tracking number and I received the phone the next day. I don't think the service can get any better than that. Thank you

It was supper easy. After filling out my claim form I was able to get an appointment for the next morning to have it repaired. It was ready by the end of the day. I thought it might not be repairable, but all it needed was a new screen and fortunately they had one in stock at uBreakiFix.
