Tell your seller they are delusional i diots. After seeing the place up close and the total dump of the surrounding area, I'm glad they declined my bid. I wouldn't give even half that now. Glad I extended my diligence. They haven't even had the lawn mowed! Pathetic. You all should rescind your representation. What a complete waste of time and TOTAL LIE. Shame on them and maybe you all should apply some diligence as well. Doubtful I will even seek out anything further with your company. These properties aren't even at auction rates. They're simply reduced market rates.. Total disaster.

Hello! We take your comments regarding your experience seriously. We pride ourselves in our auction integrity and transparency. As is explained on our site, most of the auctions are “reserve auctions,” which differs from the Dutch auctions affiliated with auction rates. For properties listed via reserve auctions, the seller has set price at which it is willing to sell the property. The auction's starting price tends to start lower than the reserve price to encourage bidding. Administrative bids are placed to encourage bidding up to or over the reserve. The reserve prevents the auction from being won by a bidder who offers a price lower than what the seller is willing to accept; however, if the reserve price is not met, the seller may consider the highest offer received. Given that we are the auction house, we have no control over the property’s condition; the seller deploys preservation teams that make monthly visits. The property of previous interest was noted to be sold as-is, where-is. Those who agreed to the Terms & Conditions presented before being able to participate in the reserve auction acknowledge this. I asked for interior access (person, video, inspection report)...reluctant to bid without completing due diligence. Mandy kindly explained the auction conditions. too bad, i was very interested.

This company is one of the biggest scams ever!! They tried to con a relative of mine who happens to be married to a real estate attorney. After speaking with him several times, they overnight the earnest money. They tried to auction a house with multiple lawsuits which they did not disclose. Talk about losers for life!!
