I have bought 2x 24TB hard drive, for a total of more than 1200 USD. Both of them were faulty, didn't even turn on and were unreadable by both NAS and PC. This scammy company asked ME to pay the shipping (100$, intl shipping) and also the dared to ask me to pay 30$ more. For what? I will never buy from them again and I am worried that I won't get my money back.

I purchased Western Digital Ultrastar DC HC510 HUH721010ALE600 0F27452 10TB 7.2K RPM SATA 6Gb/s 512e 256MB 3.5" ISE Power Disable Pin HDD × 2, and I received an email thanking me for my purchase Order SPD-126405 on November 24 at 10:52 am. Another email came through at 1:08 am saying my order was on its way. I was reviewing my emails today, looking for the shipping information, and saw that another email was sent on 11/24 at 2:02 pm stating the order had been cancelled and refunded. I thought I was finished Christmas shopping and if I had not looked for the shipping information, I would have been waiting for a package to arrive.

Insane import fees that were not disclosed anywhere. If you are not from the US, don't buy here.

I received 4 disks, 3 of them are dead on arrival! Tried in server and debian pc, they are not initialising at all!

I recently bought a drive from them on eBay. It arrived with some small scuffs and dents, and it was making a noticeable clicking noise. The drive was well-packed, so I doubt the damage happened during shipping. It’s clear that it wasn’t properly tested before being dispatched. Since I’m based outside the US, the return shipping was my responsibility. Even though the drive was defective, they refused to refund the shipping cost or customs duty from the original purchase. This is despite the fact that the issue was entirely their fault. To make matters worse, they even had the audacity to ask eBay to remove my negative feedback! To me, this shows they’re opportunists. Judging by their eBay feedback, they seem to have a 90% success rate, so I guess this approach works for them. However, I would never trust them with the security of sensitive data stored on their drives.

Bought a 15TB SSD supposed to write at 7GBS When I got it I had to purcahse an additional PCI express card, a bit sad that a specialized store wouldn't inform its customer they needed one. I tested the drive at only 800Mb/s Vs 7GBs advertised. So 9 times slower! They sent me a return label to test it and I had to wait 2 more weeks to finally get a refund whereas I was told they would fix it. I needed this drive I lost one month with Serverpartdeals because they sold me a defective product and did not tell me what was wrong with it or exchange it for another drive. It took me a long time to decide on this model now I'll have to do some more research and shop around. Very deceptive in their communications with have a fantastic weekend with your family followed by here's your refund without saying why they did not Honor their contract.

This order was a fraudulent order on my credit card.

Nope, expect to pay at least $100 of importing fees for a SINGLE drive Can't recommend this site, not sure how much these import fees would be for multiple drives but I can't recommend it if you are buying only one I will refuse the package and request a refund, ain't no way I am paying the same amount for a used drive than a brand new(and more reliable) one 0/5
