the worst support team i have dealing with ever, they can't answer a simple question, and if they did, all what you got an answer like "yes" "no", "do a reset", i tried to get more details and they stop answering my question, WORST EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great scammers they will scam be aware and they barely speak English

Shady bussiness. Their support team barely speaks english it is extremely difficult to communicate with them. Their auto payment system with cards doesn't work. You've to send then your payment picture to Telegram and they manually accept it after insisting multiple times. Their fees system are through the roof too. I don't understand why you got to constantly insist otherwise they don't even answer you or speak en proper english they seem like bots.
