I had never heard of Servcorp. I stumbled upon the Irvine operation. The setup with the meeting space is perfect for my training business. Executive assistants are outstanding.

A much better experience than the experience I had with a competitor.

Tim Stamp - Fire Defense - recommended Servcorp to me. The facilities are sleek, well located in downtown Boston financial district. You can count on professional staff, reliable service, and scalable programs to match your business. .

I have had experience working with all of your offices. Without a doubt, every one of your staff always exceed my expectations. They are willing to go the extra mile without having to be asked. I only wish you were in more cities!!!

We recently renegotiated a lease with Servcorp. Two months later there was a miscellaneous fee line on our statement that would become a recurring fee of more than 10% of our rent. There was no attempt to explain what the fee was for other than passing along miscellaneous expenses because they weren't making any money. WHAT THE HELL???????

Although Servcorp has hundreds of positive online reviews for which we are appreciative, it is also important we address a customer dissatisfied with our services. This customer is referring to escalation charges-assessed more than 12 months after their initial move in date. These customary charges are commonly assessed to help defray operating costs such as common area maintenance, taxes, and more for the building. Along with a 30 day client written notice and detailed explanation, Senior Management had several productive conversations with this client explaining the charges and outlining the executed services agreement language which specifically allowed for the charges, as well as the specific line item on their invoice. We recognize all new charges must be clearly addressed and discussed-in this case the charges were thoroughly and comprehensively discussed with the client. -Servcorp Client Services
The team in Irvine are great! They are always willing to help and make meeting run seamlessly. Our clients who visit our office are greeted with a friendly smile. We are very impressed with Servcorp and look forward to a long business relationship
