very poor communication major problems with the delivery service several days after an attempt was made and I can't reschedule the delivery because I can't get in touch in touch with anyone from Serta

The Icomfort plush mattress is great so far, I haven’t woke up in pain since sleeping on it which is phenomenal! Before I was waking up with severe low back pain and if I slept on my side my shoulder and hip were hurting it was miserable. The delivery was smooth they removed that garbage mattress I had which I appreciate! It had to go! Very pleased with my purchase!

Good afternoon, Serta Warranty Team; After countless emails dating back to July 2nd, 2026, today September 22, 2026, we finally received our Standard King Size Mattress with the measurements that are compatible to the foundation of a standard king size mattress. As you know the mattress delivered on July 31, 2026, did not meet the measurements of a standard king size mattress and was 4 inches less wide and 3 inches longer than a standard king size mattress. What a task getting bed linen on this mattress. Thank you for your immediate attention to our predicament. May I suggest for future customers filling a warranty claim that you change the instructions on taking mattress measurements and picture sent with instructions. It is very difficult to achieve the desired result with your instructions and sample picture when measuring a pillow top mattress. It is much easier to measure a mattress if you flip the mattress with pillow top side on foundation and measure from seam to seam while taking picture of measuring tape. A picture and instruction update for mattress measurement may accelerate the warranty process for future customers filling a warranty claim. My husband and I had a 4-year-old hybrid bed from another company that we have not been happy with for a long time. We bought a Serta inner spring bed in Firm and could not be happier. Prior to the new bed my husband would wake up with a sore, stiff back. The first night on our new Serta bed he had no more back ache. We prefer a firm bed for back support even though both of us are often side sleepers. Our firm Serta bed works on our sides as well. We are over 2 weeks with the new bed and love it. A BIG PLUS was having the old mattress taken away when the new one was delivered and put on our bed frame. Great Service All The Way Around!!
