Easy to order and compare options. Delivery was easy to select and flexible to date/change. It did take longer to arrive than I had hoped (several weeks) but I needed delivery and removal so I had no other option. That said, delivery was on time, communication was adequate.

My order was a little slow to arrive and communication about my order status was not the best. But my Serta sheep plushie was worth the wait, she is so cuddly and adorable!

Easy online interface allowed for the right mattress choice. Delivery was on schedule, efficient and kind. The mattress itself is a delight and has improved my sleep comfort.

Appreciated the delivery. Took some time to schedule due to me ordering it, and my wife trying to schedule. Ultimately, the agent helped us out... and we really appreciated that interaction. The bed is great. 2nd time Serta customer. This bed could benefit from a pillow top. But overall, solid experience.

I was told after getting my second replacement from a Big Lots purchase that Serta would no longer warranty this replacement. They said it was because I used the wrong bed frame (which came with the bed from Big Lots) and the new mattress is already sagging in the same spot. I weigh 240 lbs so this shouldn't be doing this (in my opinion) and I shouldn't have my warranty null and void because the product is substandard.

I will start this review with a simple advice, make yourself a favor and do not buy a mattress from this company at all, the customer service is awful, really! They promote 10 years warranty but my mattress just after 1 year it start to sink so bad that the wake up time is always with headaches and neck pain! First I complained directly to Mathis Home because I bought from them, but they told since they stop selling Serta products they cannot help, and the reason they stop was exactly because of lack of support from the brand. I start swapping emails with Serta since last May but the help is nearly to none, so I end up buying something from Amazon with free home delivery and 5x less the cost, for this price I can buy one every couple years, so yeah run away from this brand if you value your money and your health most of all, you’re welcome!
