Great experience working with SerpAPI! The service works flawlessly and they were extremely responsive from a customer service perspective as well! They really came up big on a billing issue I had - fixed it quickly and with no involvement from me at all! Great company and service!

SerpAPI has been a solid choice for search data. The API is fast, the results are structured cleanly, and the docs make implementation straightforward. I appreciate the wide engine coverage (Google, Maps, Images, YouTube, etc.) and the built-in parsing that saves me from writing brittle scrapers. Usage dashboards and webhooks are handy, and support has been responsive the few times I had questions. Pricing is fair for the time it saves. If you need stable, compliant SERP data without maintaining your own scrapers, SerpAPI is easy to recommend.

The customer support team of SerpAPI is simply fantastic. Though I signed up for a free account, I was unable to verify myself for the phone number. I reached out to them at 2.30 PM India time. The person on the other end (presumably in Europe/US) sorted it out in less than a min. I was up and working from 2.35 pm. This is what I call service, a lot to learn from them. Roi Driscoll you were great, a lot to learn from you and Serp on how to handle customers.
