Fast service. Sent one wrong item. Contacted customer service, spoke to a very pleasant representative. They placed order for mis-pick item and had correct item in 2 days. Very happy with the items I ordered. Will definitely order again.

Found the product I needed. With shipping cost, the total price was still reasonable. I’ll shop here again...

I was sent expired product. Plus the color was very dark. I sent a picture of what I got to the company directly and they said the color was way to dark. This distributor did nothing to compensate for the fact that they sent me EXPIRED product and challenged me on the color of the product. I wouldn’t ever buy anything else from them! ***The company responded they were able to send me new product overnight in time for my event as their response. It would be nice for the company to take some accountability or ownership of what happen verses acting as if I was wrong for calling and or posting about the fact that they sent my product that was 5 months past it’s expiration date! Some form of compensation would have been nice as well. I look at it this way; if I went to the store and bought chicken or milk that was 5 months past the expiration date, I wouldn’t expect “even though it’s past the expiration date you can still consume it”. I would hope to hear something like “that was an oversight on our part. Let me refund your money and replace your product”. The product they sent was 5 months past it’s due date! I got a better response when I contacted the manufacturer directly. I didn’t even buy it from them and they offered to send me new product. In addition when they saw the pictures of the product they also agreed the color was way off. The distributor said oh “there’s nothing wrong with the color it just settles and isn’t really ever the yellow color they use in the picture”. My response was “I don’t expect bright yellow from a lemonade syrup but I don’t expect it to be darker then honey or more like dark apple juice either”! I don’t know. I wouldn’t buy from them again they don’t seem to care about the customer very much. For me just acknowledging their was an error on their behalf would have been a nice place to start!

They canceled my order for no reason 2 days after placing my order. No further follow up or contact. Found a source locally. Hope they go out of business with that kind of service.

I have placed several orders with SeriousSips this year as they have very competitive prices. I placed my last order in October. The tea bags I received were great as always but the Oregon Chai Tea expired on Aug 9, 2018. I called SeriousSips and the customer service rep was very courteous and apologetic and sent me a new Chai Tea. Excellent & friendly customer service! I initially rated my experience with 2 stars due to the product expiration but increased to 4 when considering the entire shopping experience especially after the prompt & courteous resolution to my ordering issue. I would order from SeriousSips again as they stand behind their products.
