Sephora is one of my go-to palces for beauty products. The store has an amazing variety of makeup, skincare, and frangrance options, all from top brans. I love how you can test out products in-store before buying, which is super helpful. The staff are usually friendly and knowledgeable, making it easier to find what you're looking for. Plus, the online shopping experience is smooth, with fast delivery and great customer service. Overall, a great shopping experience for anyone into beauty!

I was a little disappointed that the shampoo in my order wasn't sealed and leaked in the box. I could wipe the other items down, apart from some satin scrunchies Sephora quickly posted out new scrunchies and when I raised the shampoo wastage (not loads but enough when it's nearly £30 a bottle, they immediately issued me a £5 voucher that I can use online next time I shop. Much appreciated, thank you :)

Recentemente sono stata da Sephora a Torino, in via Roma, e ho incontrato Eleonora, una commessa davvero molto disponibile. Mi ha fatto provare un fondo tinta e un correttore, dimostrando gentilezza e professionalità. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del suo atteggiamento attento e del modo in cui mi ha assistito. Consiglio vivamente questo punto vendita per l’ottimo servizio e la cortesia di Eleonora.

Ho preso un sacco di prodotti e non ho speso eccessivamente ma non mi è chiaro l’accumulo dei punti online per le card

Sono stata servita dalla commessa Luna che conosco da prima che lavorasse lì, ed è sempre stata molto gentile, e ho avuto il piacere di parlare anche con Lourdes. Sono state entrambe molto carine e simpatiche come sempre. :)

Primo ordine che effettuo on line sul sito Sephora,spedizione veloce nella stessa giornata che ho effettuato l' ordine con BRT, che a sua volta ha rispettato le tempistiche di consegna ,non do cinque stelle perché unica pecca è stato l' imballaggio, ho acquistato due smalti e una penna corrector ,lo scatolo era di quelli piatti che va sistemato per diventare una scatolina ma non è stato fatto dal magazzino di partenza, quindi ai bordi è rimasto aperto fortuna che è arrivato tutto e tutto integro .
