I usually love going into Sephora to check out all their products. However, given the current state of things I ordered some things online and loved it!! The package was here before its estimated arrival, and they included some great mini samples. Ordering sephora online was a great experience!!!

Great service. One of my eyeshadow palette arrived damage. I emailed them right away and got a replacement.

Mancava una figura che ti guidasse con cortesia e tanta professionalità che sapesse consigliarti dopo aver capito i tuoi gusti. Ebbene ė arrivata la signora Clara che con pazienza e tanta tanta professionalità ha saputo guidarci e soddisfare in toto le nostre esigenze. Abbiamo speso con immensa soddisfazione circa 200€ che senza il sorriso e la grande competenza di Clara non avremmo fatto. Complimenti queste sono le persone che un cliente si augura di trovare alla guida dei propri acquisti. N.R.

I don't know what happened with other reviews, but I have always get my stuff from Sephora US. I used to have 1 order which contained out of stock order and because I was oversea so I didn't pay attention. 6 months later, I found out I have never received my order, so I emailed the Customer Services, they are really quick on reply me, and also issue me the refund for the out of stock items (I still one my items in my order, so they sent it and refunded me my money). It's super easy and quick, there is no trouble at all. I love how they treat me as customer.
