Ticket process was fine - quick & easy but the fees and prices for the tickets are astronomical. I know it is the going rate but it is still pretty ridiculous. $90 processing fee?? For what? The face value for the ticket was $89 and I still payed $287 per ticket - that is almost $300 in up charge. he game was fun but not worth the price over all

I knew there was a service, but it was for each ticket and it was excessive.

I only gave them 2 stars as they do not tell you upfront about all the fees they charge, they charge you an outrageous fee up front and they charge you an additional fee after you place the order saying its sales taxes. I will not buy tickets from them again and advise others not to also in the end you will pay more than what you would pay on stubhub or ticket master. They charged me $95.00 taxes on $888.00 when sales tax for that state is only 6% which should of only been $53.00 they rip you off.. by the way the tickets were good no issue when they were use like previous comments. Bottom line use reputable companies not guys....................................lesson learned. did report there unauthorized 2nd charge as fraud to credit card company as I did not agree to it. They shouldn't try to rip people off all fees should be in total before you pay as it is with the reputable companies..................
