15 euro transaction cost over 6 euros in fees. Not to mention the ethereum fees which is why this stupid transaction was necessary. You're trash just like ethereum.

At no point until transaction do they ever mention the $16.98 processing fee. In fact, you never see nor agree to it until the transaction is put through.

I tried to buy and send Etherium to my wallet, but the transaction has been pending for almost 3 hours, and money from my bank account was taken.

My total ZAR Paid Should be R2782 as on the invoice. But R2923.83 was deducted from my account. Doesn't make sense.

I am genuinely starting to think that this whole thing is a scam to charge card holders and obtain bank card information. Beware! I used their platform to buy Ethereum, they then asked for a "6 digit pending charge code" that would be on my lists of transactions. And as it seems many of you have experiend; a charge was not "pending" but placed, while the code I got was that of 5 digits therefore I couldn't "confirm the transaction", thus I could not receive any of the Ethereum. I began to get an idea of what was happening at this point. Furthermore, they did not respond to emails or support tickets, and their phone number consistently leads to a voicemail stating "we are not accepting calls at this time". I hope MetaMask becomes privy to what is going on here and removes them as a partner. Save your time, privacy, and money; be weary of this company and even the positive reviews!
