It's been a week and I called twice and my money is not in my Metamask account! My bank account has been debited!

We would be happy to look into this further and better understand the situation. If you placed a purchase through your debit/credit card, this should deliver instantly but can take a few hours if there's high blockchain traffic. If you purchased through your bank account, these transactions can take up to 5 business days to be delivered. This is because ACH transfers use the traditional banking system, so instant transfers are not an option. We would love to hear more so we can further assist you, Herb. My transaction is stuck pending but the funds were taken out of my bank account / debit card. Very disappointing.

The processing around Wyre's wallet orders are near-instant, but during times of high blockchain network volume you may see delays of up to a few hours until your transaction is picked up by the network and receives confirmations. If you purchased through your bank account, these transactions can take up to 5 business days to be delivered. This is because ACH transfers use the traditional banking system, so instant transfers are not an option. The Wyre fees after transaction is completed are 35% higher than what is announced. This is unacceptable!

I cant find my book!

Wyre is a payment processor and we process the payments for purchases made within our wallet partners like MetaMask, Transak, BRD, Celsius, Gem, BitPay, Exodus, OpenSea, Maker, and OpenNode. While we process transactions that occur through our wallet partners, we don't have any control of the wallet. If you possibly created a purchase for a book using your wallet, you may need to reach out to the company that you created that purchase with. Very buggy and unsafe money transfer app. If you could use any other form of paying, I’d highly recommend using that.
