It takes a long time to purchase crypto ( typically 5 to 7 business days). It may not be the fault of Wyre, but it just seems to take too long. Hopefully, in the future, the entire process can be speeded up.

For Card purchases, you should see these delivered instantly or within a few hours depending on high network volume. For ACH purchases, they rely on the banking system which is why these can take up to 5 business days to deliver. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. The call support customer service is excellent. That’s the only way I would attempt to resolve an issue.

The system does not work well for purchases!
