SendsparkReviews of sendspark.com

Paid to unlock features that never worked — 3 months, 3 requests, zero replies from their refunds team I signed up to Sendspark in late May 2026 to run personalised video outreach. The core features didn't work for me: Dynamic video generation kept failing partway through ("required resources are not ready"), and only generated for some contacts Voice cloning replaced the first name only, not the other variables I needed I couldn't reliably export the CSV of video links to import into my outreach tool Videos locked once a campaign was created, so I couldn't adjust them I assumed these were free-trial limitations, so I upgraded to the paid plan expecting them to resolve. They didn't. The upgrade bought me nothing that worked, and I moved to another platform. I wrote to their dedicated refunds address on 2 June — within days of paying — listing every issue and asking for a refund. No reply. I chased on 18 July. No reply. Support (who were quick and polite, to be fair) told me on 15 July that they cannot issue refunds through their channel and that I should escalate to the refunds team — the same team that had already been ignoring me for six weeks. I chased a third time on 15 August. Still no reply. It is now 3 September. Three written requests, two of my email accounts, 93 days. Not a single response from the team that actually controls refunds, and not a cent back. The product may work for others. But understand what you're buying: if it doesn't work for you, there is no functioning way to get your money back. The refund channel is not staffed in any meaningful sense.

I can't cancel my plan. I have to contact support to cancel my plan. This is the worst company and they are generating videos of shit.

Refusing to refund 19 year old in his first year of business... I was a former whitelabel customer of Sendspark, the software was not working for me so I decided to cancel my plan. Little did I know was actually only downgrading my plan... I then realised this months later after seeing $249/month coming out of my account. I then tried to cancel again and ended up downgrading, so then months later i saw $50/month had been coming out of my account I then spoke with Dan from Sendspark who said he could not give me a refund to the T&Cs that Sendspark has. 1. Dan could see I had not used Send spark over the past months 2. Dan could see I was paying for it monthly but not using it If a 19 year old business owner in his first year of business was accidentally paying for your subscription, would you notify him to let him know its charging him and would you let him have at least a partial refund? I will never do this to anyone in business, especially young entrepreneurs starting out. And to top all of that off I didn't convert anything from using the software hahaha.

I rarely ever leave reviews, but I had to so I could potentially save someone the time, energy and money. Avoid this company. Sendspark sounds great on paper but the technology simply is not there. The software performs terribly and did not work as promised, even when I followed their recommended guidelines exactly. Then they tried to blame me for it. Worse, their business practices are misleading. Key limitations are deliberately hidden on their website and at checkout. You only discover the truth after you have paid. I requested a refund within 48 hours, having used almost none of my subscription. They refused outright and kept my money for a product that does not do what they claim. There is no free trial. That is intentional. They know if people could test this junk first, nobody would buy it. Looking at other reviews online, this is a pattern, not a one off. Take your money elsewhere. Even if the product improves, the way they treat customers makes them impossible to trust.

The main recordings using the web browsers had a known issue affecting users, its was within the first week of membership for a year. The support staff told me it was an issue and they updated last friday. I wish they would keep users updated prior to filming so we have a change of saving our work. Dont use

Wouldn't refund and unethically charged our card

Extremely frustrating experience. I record online screen videos and on average, 1 out of 2 videos is lost due to upload errors. The biggest issue is that videos don’t upload automatically, and after spending up to an hour recording, I often find out the video is simply gone. Error messages, failed uploads, no clear recovery. This tool is not reliable for serious work. Losing recorded videos repeatedly is unacceptable.

Awful customer support. No trial and when I signed up and wanted to cancel the same day they would not refund me. They are desperate for new users because their competitors have more credits for a lower priced plans and do have trials. Just from their conditions and no guarantees or refunds I do not recommend even trying out the tool!
